Our Methodology

Step 1
Initial Consultation and Data Gathering
We start by meeting with the client to understand their business needs, challenges, and existing financial systems. During this phase, we get access to prior records, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online), and bank statements. This helps us lay the foundation for a comprehensive financial review.
Step 2
Books
Cleanup
Our process begins by reviewing the chart of accounts, merge duplicate accounts and review bank feeds. We then reconcile all bank, loan accounts to ensure every transaction is accurately recorded, checked for misclassifications, duplicates, and unrecorded transactions.
Step 3
Post-Reconciliation Transactions Management
Once incorrect entries are reclassified, reviewed, and reconciled, and all accounts are checked, we begin posting daily or weekly entries in QuickBooks or other accounting software

Facilitating Tax and Loan Readiness
Once all the GL accounts are reviewed, we prepare key financial statements, including the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet, specifically tailored to meet your unique needs and reporting standards (GAAP), facilitating smooth tax filings, loan applications, and other financial processes
